The website is run by Specialised Hardwares Limited (“we”, “us” or “our”), 37 Busia Road off Enterprise Road, Industrial Area, Nairobi, Kenya. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. What the website does

The website shows our products and lets you download our catalogue, send us a request for a quote, send us a question, or contact us by WhatsApp or phone. The website does not take online payments, and you cannot create an account on it.

We offer our products and services in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda.

2. Quotes and orders

Everything on the website is for information only. Prices, availability and delivery times are confirmed only in our written quote. A quote is not a sale until you accept it and we confirm it in writing. Any sale is made on the terms in our quote and invoice, together with our Delivery Policy and Goods Return Policy.

3. Product information and images

We take care to keep product names, descriptions, specifications and pictures correct, but we cannot promise they are free of mistakes. Pictures are for illustration and the product you receive may look slightly different. We may change or remove products and information at any time without notice.

4. Our content

The text, pictures, logos, catalogue and other material on the website belong to us or to the people who license them to us. You may view the website and download the catalogue for your own business use. You may not copy, sell or republish our material without our written permission.

5. How you may use the website

You agree to use the website honestly and lawfully. You must not:

We may suspend or end your access to the website at any time. Where this is for a breach of these terms, we will normally give you 7 days’ notice and 7 days to put the problem right, unless the breach is serious or repeated. You may stop using the website at any time.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any dispute about these terms or the website will be decided by the courts of Kenya only.
